Spiced Yogurt Fruit Dip
1.5 cups plain non-fat greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter (or any nut or nut-free butter)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. Serve with fruit or crackers.
