Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

This pasta salad is a perfect side for your weekend grill out!  My kids even enjoy this one because it has their favorites; Bacon, broccoli, peppers, and of course, ranch dressing!  This can, of course, be made ahead of time, but as usual with pasta salads, you will want to have extra on hand to add if the salad seems too dry before serving.  (this can happen after a day or 2 in the fridge)

Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

1 pound rotini pasta, cooked and rinsed with cold water, I used whole grain

2 cups diced rotisserie chicken

1.5 to 2 cups ranch dressing

1/2 cup bacon crumbles

2 cups mini broccoli florets

1 cup diced bell peppers

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.  Stire gently until combines and the pasta and vegetables are well coated.  Chill for 2 hours or until ready to serve.  If holding for longer, you may want to have extra dressing on hand to add.  (the pasta tends to soak up the dressing if you wait too long to serve)
